Techical Facilitation is a blanket term for services where we are engaged to interact with customers, third parties, design staff, focus groups or other stakeholders on your behalf. We typically take the role of unbiased technical communicator or perhaps a position within a project. We may supplement your organization's skills, act as an intermediary or assist in information gathering, analysis and management.
